INSTALLATIONS
Whether you are looking for a new or used waterjet system install, a pump installation, or a replacement waterjet installation, we are the team for you. Our installation experts can handle any Flow waterjet system and parts installation you need.
REPAIRS
W.E.T. can perform onsite repairs including intensifier rebuilds, direct-drive pump rebuilds, ball screw installations, and most machine diagnostics. W.E.T. can also perform laser calibration and compensation to dial in those close tolerance parts. We offer complete services for computer replacements; it is the customer’s responsibility to purchase or supply the machine operating software from the OEM.
W.E.T. also provides REMOTE Diagnostics through TEAMVIEWER or ANYDESK. We also offer remote diagnostic testing to assist in quickly identifying, diagnosing, and potentially fixing minor problems in your high-pressure water-cutting machines. Remote diagnostics are quick and convenient. This service does have limitations and will need to be evaluated before attempting.
BALL BAR DIAGNOSTICS
W.E.T. also offers machine calibration to ensure the accuracy of your machine and to verify any issues you may be having with your cutting tolerances. Services include Renishaw Ballbar and laser compensation for new ball screws and machine moves.
TRAINING
W.E.T. offers a wide variety of onsite training. This can include 2D drawing and pathing, machine control interface operation and functionality, and maintenance PM programs. Onsite training is also available for general maintenance and pump rebuilds.
